What to Expect from Your Online Session

Your healing process begins with a consultation to discuss your trust issues and set intentions for the session. You’ll then relax in a quiet, comfortable space while I perform the Reiki session from a distance. Each session is typically 33 or 75 minutes, leaving you with a sense of clarity, renewed trust, and emotional relief.

You can feel emotional for 24 hours after the session. This is a sign that the energy is working to release any negative emotions or energy within your body. Drink plenty of water after the session.
