    • Root Cause Analysis: Regression to the Root Cause. , where you are guided back to earlier experiences that may be the origin of their current issues. The focus is on understanding and reinterpreting these experiences to heal the underlying emotional wounds. 
    • Uncovering Limiting Beliefs: This method is heavily focused on identifying and dismantling limiting beliefs formed in childhood or through significant life events, which are often the root causes of a person’s challenges.
    • Therapeutic Dialogues: During hypnotherapy sessions, we use therapeutic dialogues that challenge and reframe negative beliefs.

    • Emergence: You’ll be gently brought back to full awareness, feeling refreshed and relaxed.
