What is SHODEN – Level 1 Reiki?
SHODEN (meaning “first teachings”) is the beginning level of the Usui Reiki Ryoho journey. This course focuses on self-healing and learning to channel Reiki energy to help yourself and others. It lays the foundation for a lifelong relationship with Reiki as a tool for peace, balance, and well-being.

What is OKUDEN – Level 2 Reiki?
OKUDEN means “inner teachings.” In this level, you’ll learn to expand your Reiki practice beyond hands-on healing. You’ll be introduced to the sacred Reiki symbols, distance healing, and techniques to work more intuitively and effectively with energy.
This level is for those who have completed Level 1 and are ready to go deeper in their healing, spiritual growth, and ability to support others.
What You Will Learn:
✅ Introduction and use of the three sacred Reiki symbols
✅ How to give Reiki through time and space (distance healing)
✅ Advanced techniques for emotional and mental healing
✅ Strengthening intuitive guidance during sessions
✅ Japanese Reiki practices including Gyoshi Ho and Koki Ho
