What to Expect During a Session with me

Your comfort and safety are my top priorities. During your hypnotherapy session with me, you’ll be guided through the process with care and professionalism.

Here’s what you can expect from a package of hypnotherapy sessions with me: 3 x 75 minute sessions 

The first session:  75-minute session is an Initial Consultation we work with your conscious mind.

    • Initial Consultation: We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, concerns, and medical history. This helps us tailor the session to your specific needs.
    • We dive deep into your symptoms, habits, and triggers.
    • You decide what you want
    • And the best part you visualize and describe how your life will look without this issue
    • All this I need for your suggestion therapy audio

The second session: 75-minute

    • Induction: You’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, where your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions.
    • Therapeutic Work: Using carefully chosen words and techniques, We will address the issues you want to work on. You’ll remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.
    • Root Cause Analysis: Regression to the Root Cause. , where you are guided back to earlier experiences that may be the origin of their current issues. The focus is on understanding and reinterpreting these experiences to heal the underlying emotional wounds. 
    • Uncovering Limiting Beliefs: this method is heavily focused on identifying and dismantling limiting beliefs formed in childhood or through significant life events, which are often the root causes of a person’s challenges.
    • Therapeutic Dialogues: During hypnotherapy sessions, we use therapeutic dialogues that challenge and reframe negative beliefs.

    • Emergence: You’ll be gently brought back to full awareness, feeling refreshed and relaxed.

    • Post-Session Discussion: We’ll discuss your experience and any insights you gained during the session. I will also provide guidance on how to continue your progress between sessions.
    • Personalized Audio Recordings: After sessions, you will receive personalized recordings containing positive affirmations and suggestions. Listening to these recordings regularly helps reinforce the new beliefs and behaviors implanted during the hypnotherapy.

The third session: after 21 days of listening every day to your personalized suggestion therapy audio.

  • We’ll discuss your experience and any insights you gained during the 21-day process.
  • I will ask you to share your results, and changes in your inner and outer world.
  • we will discuss if you need another session and what issue is the most impactful for any area of your life that change can have the most powerful results for you.
