What is a coaching.

Coaching is a partnership. I am here to support you in discovering your strengths and using them to achieve your goals.

What inspired me to get started with Transformational Life Coaching?
 
I had many questions, and I was looking for answers. In coaching and other resources, I found them all. I am a certified Transformational Life Coach and a healer.
 
Coaching in my opinion is one of the ways to heal myself and my mind and heal other people. Coaching is a great way to assist people in their journey.
During our coaching sessions, I’m not telling you what to do but support you in discovering your way of dealing with your challenges.
 
Coaching is a process in which I, as a trained coach, work with you to help you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve your desired outcomes.
It is a collaborative and forward-looking approach that focuses on helping you take action toward your goals.
 
I love self-development and self-discovery which makes self- exploring myself and my potential.
Self-coaching is a similar process, but instead of working with a coach, I use coaching techniques and tools to coach myself toward my desired outcomes.
It involves a process of self-reflection, goal-setting, and action planning to achieve personal or professional growth.
 
Both coaching and self-coaching can be useful for you. When you want to clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve success in various areas of your life, including career, relationships, health, and personal growth.
 
Coaching and self-coaching can help individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and develop the skills and mindset necessary to achieve their desired outcomes.

  • 1 one to one coaching sessions
  • The coaching session is 1 hour. Online using via Zoom meeting or Google Meet
  • You must read, sign and return a coaching agreement prior to your session which I will provide with your booking confirmation or separete email
